How to ask us to remove your information, and what happens when you do.
This policy explains how you can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, what we delete, what we are required to keep, and how long it takes.
It works together with our Privacy policy, which describes the information we collect in the first place.
Name, phone number and delivery address you gave us at checkout.
Order notes and delivery instructions you typed in.
Payment screenshots or proof-of-payment photos you sent us.
Cart holds and reservations still sitting against your session.
Any contact details you sent us on WhatsApp, by SMS or by phone that we saved outside the order itself.
Message us on WhatsApp or call us — the numbers are on our Contact page. You do not need an account, a form or a written letter.
Tell us the phone number you ordered with, so we can find your orders. If you have more than one order under different numbers, tell us each one.
Say what you want: delete everything, delete only your proof-of-payment photos, stop contacting you, or correct a detail rather than remove it.
We may ask you to confirm the phone number you ordered with before we delete anything, so we do not remove the wrong person's records.
Your delivery address, order notes and any payment proof photos are removed from our order records.
Cart holds linked to your session are released immediately, so nothing stays reserved against your name.
Your details are removed from any WhatsApp or phone contact list we keep for order updates, so we stop messaging you.
Where a record only exists to identify you and is no longer needed, it is deleted outright rather than hidden.
A minimal order record: the order number, what was bought, the amount paid, and the date. We keep this for accounting, tax and dispute purposes, and it is required under Ghanaian record-keeping rules.
Where a phone number must remain attached to an order so you can still track it or claim a refund, we keep only that number and remove everything else about you.
Payment references held by our Mobile Money provider are governed by their own retention rules; we can ask them to remove your details, but we cannot delete their records ourselves.
If you ask us to delete everything and your order is still open, unpaid, packed or in transit, we cannot do it until the order is closed or cancelled — we tell you what needs to happen first.
We act on a deletion request within 30 days of receiving it, and normally much sooner.
We confirm to you once it is done. If we keep part of a record, we tell you exactly what and why.
Backups are cleared on their own schedule, so a copy may linger in backup for a short while after your live records are gone.
A request for somebody else's information, unless you act for them and can show you are allowed to.
A request to delete information we need to complete a delivery, process a refund, or settle a dispute you have raised.
A request made from an email or number that does not match your orders and cannot be verified.
Deleting your information is free. If a request is clearly repeated without reason or is excessive, we may ask you to confirm it again before we act.
We may update this page as our systems or the law change. The date at the bottom shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the shop after an update means you accept it.
To request deletion, or if you think we have kept something you asked us to remove, message us on WhatsApp or call us — the numbers are on our Contact page.
Message us on WhatsApp or call the number on our Contact page and tell us the phone number you ordered with. There is no fee and no form to fill in.
